Nadia Steiber, Network Associate, is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Ecomonic Sociology at the University of Vienna. Dr. Steiber’s research interests focus on the sociology of work and the life course; the analysis of labor market behavior at different stages in the life-cycle and the consequences of different types of employment for individuals and families. Her current work is devoted primarily to age-graded labor market inequalities, with special attention to older workers, the quality of their jobs, their employment and retirement behavior.
